Refunds and Returns Policy
RETURNS ---- We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Returns are excluded for different types of goods. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or medical products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additional items for which returns are excluded: * Gift Vouchers * Downloadable software products * Certain health and personal care items For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error. * Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a number of days. Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable) If you still haven't received a refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time for posting a refund. If you have already followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, write to us at the following address: stellasrlto2009@libero.it. Sale items (if applicable) Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items. Changes (if applicable) We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same item, send us an email to stellasrlto2009@libero.it and send the item to the following address: via Mascagni 15 56038 ponsacco PI Italy. Gifts If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post. If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has had the order sent to you for delivery in person, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the your return. Shipping To make a return, send the product to the following address: via Mascagni 15 56038 ponsacco PI Italy. The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary. If you need to ship an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. |
