1. Grape varieties
   50% Trebbiano, 50% Malvasia
2. Calcareous-clayey soils
3. Vinification Maceration of the skins for about 10 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18°C.
4. Refinement Refinement in steel.
5. Tasting Good structure, rich in aromas with a fine and persistent perlage. The taste is refreshing and lively, light and very drinkable.
6. Pairings It goes well with first courses, fish dishes, white meats and young cheeses, perfect as an aperitif .
