Grapes:

• Malvasia Bianca del Chianti 60% and Trebbiano 40%.

Vineyards:

• Vineyards located at an altitude of 300-400 meters above sea level, with soils of Galestro-Alberese origin.

Winemaking:

• The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed.

• Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 15 days.

• The wine is then refined in steel for 6 months.

Characteristics:

• Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
• Vol. 12.50%
