1. Pairings: first courses with tomato and ragù, grilled white and red meats such as the typical “Florentine steak”, also excellent with stewed meats.
2. Producer's Notes: Bright red with almost blue purple hues.
3. Very intense and fine aroma, elegantly herbaceous and vegetal, fruity with hints of small black fruits, notes
   menthol and chocolate.
4. On the palate it expresses elegance, an excellent balance between freshness, tannicity and great softness, notable structure and important olfactory-gustatory persistence.
   
   Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
