- VINIFICATION: In cement with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the marc for 20 days.

Store the bottle lying down in the dark at no more than 20°. Uncork at least one hour before drinking.
It goes well with even very elaborate first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, cured meats, fish cooked in red.
This Chianti has a lively ruby red color; it has a vinous aroma with hints of violet and ripe cherry. Round flavor, good body, marked acidity and good persistence.
