FAVINIA PASSULE' PASSITO IGT FAVIGNANA Terre Siciliane Zibibbo: A few meters from the sea of ​​Favignana, the Favignia Passulé Zibibbo vineyard of Calamoni grows with an organoleptic set of balsamic tones that balance the salty scents. During the winter, the barrier of trellises protects the plants from the force of the wind, but in the summer there is no barrier to defend the ripe grapes from the gluttony of the island's birds. For this reason, Firriato adopts an integrated pest management technique in the vineyard, which preserves the delicate ecosystem through sustainable strategies. The transport of the bunches takes place by means of the boats of the island's fishermen.
