 FIORETTO IGT Vino Bianco di Gambassi Terme embodies the oldest winemaking tradition. Produced only with a precious and noble selection of free-run must, it is obtained before pressing the skins and pulp. In the whites, the free-run must is separated as soon as it is harvested in the vineyard. Once in the cellar, the free-run must ferments in steel for a couple of weeks at a constant temperature. “FIORETTO” embodies the balance and delicacy typical of Tuscany, and reveals an essential and exhilarating taste.

Grape varieties
70% Vermentino, 30% Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano

Vermentino is known as the Tyrrhenian vine because it is distributed and flourishes mainly along the Tyrrhenian coasts. Together with Liguria and Sardinia, Tuscany is one of the main producers of Vermentino wines. This wine is fine and balanced, with fruity and floral fragrances, pleasant and silky on the palate, and is one of the most appreciated Italian whites.

Winemaking
Fermentation at controlled temperature for approximately 15-20 days.

Refinement
Refined in steel.

Light and mineral white wine, unmistakable expression of the Tuscan hills. Soft and elegant taste, intense and pleasant floral and citrus scents.

Pairings
Able to pair wonderfully with various fish and meat dishes.
