FRANCIACORTA DOCG BRUT DOPPIO ERRE Produced from a selection of fine grapes with a part fermented in barrique, the base wine matures for at least 30 months with the yeasts. Delicate, harmonious and soft on the palate. A brilliant wine rich in aromas that arouses intense feelings and unique experiences.

Characteristics: With a lively and evanescent straw color, with soft copper shades, this shiny Veste diffuses strong aromas, with notes of lime, hawthorn and perfectly ripe white fruits, flavoring with liquorice.

Fermentation yeasts and barley malt blend with toasted peanuts, fading into fresh and warm tones. On the palate, the particular production process enhances the creaminess and greater maturity of the fruit, without shortcuts of sourness, offering a tender drinkability with a pleasant salty finish.
