Franciacorta Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs is produced with carefully selected grapes, from which only the must deriving from the softest pressing of the berry is taken.

In the disgorgement phase, the liqueur d'expedition produced with a part of the original wine is added, allowing to obtain a product in the Extra Brut version and keeping the fresh and citrus notes that define Sullali unchanged.

Ideal as an aperitif or at the table with hors d'oeuvres such as cured meats and cheeses.
