FRANCIACORTA EXTRA-BRUT BLANC DE NOIRS is the result of a modern reinterpretation of the Ancestral Method, in which refermentation in the bottle occurs thanks to the residual sugars derived from the first fermentation.

A 24-month refinement gives this FRANCIACORTA a unique and Extra Brut flavour.
