Gavi Fornaci DOCG is a white wine produced in the Gavi region of Piedmont, Italy. It is made primarily from the Cortese grape, which gives the wine pleasant freshness and acidity.

The name "Fornaci" refers to the ancient brick kilns present in the wine production area. These kilns, used in the past for the production of bricks, have become a symbol of the territory and are often associated with Gavi wine.

Gavi Fornaci DOCG is known for its elegance, complex aromatic profile and distinctive minerality. It typically has a bright straw color and offers aromas of fresh fruit, such as green apple, pear and citrus, combined with delicate floral notes.

This wine pairs well with fish dishes, seafood, fresh cheeses and light appetizers. Its balanced acidity and lively character make it a versatile choice to enjoy with meals or as an aperitif.

Gavi Fornaci DOCG Castellari Bergaglio: a wine that exudes floral fragrances of hawthorn and lily of the valley, accompanied by tones of ripe fruit, such as banana, oranges and hay. On the palate, a balanced and rich taste, with fruity and fresh notes; a real pleasure to savor at 10 ° C in a tulip glass. The vineyards, owned by Castellari Bergaglio, are located in clay soils of Tassarolo: a unique and irresistible winemaking excellence!

TASTING It is extremely pleasant from the spring following the harvest, but reaches its greatest enjoyment after a few months of refinement in the bottle. It does not fear a few years of permanence in the bottle.
