Biodynamic Ghizzano Bianco IGT Costa Toscana
It was created to be a very drinkable wine, simple but pleasant, to accompany, in the spring and summer seasons, with an aperitif or with raw or boiled fish dishes. We vinified the Vermentino (50%) in a traditional way by pressing the grapes and immediately removing the wine from the skins and fermenting it, always with indigenous yeasts, at a temperature of 15/18° in steel, while we left the Trebbiano and Malvasia (50%) to macerate on the skins for 4 months in concrete vats, assembling the two wines at the end of fermentation. |
