This Giardiniera in vinegar by Morgan has been called "Essential", because here the flavors are decisive and clean. The apple cider vinegar reaches the palate without compromise, giving vigor to our crunchy vegetables, enhanced by the presence of caper leaves. 1. Ingredients: vegetables in variable proportions: (carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, fennel, spring onions (naturally contains SULPHITES), caper leaves), sea water for food use, apple vinegar, concentrated grape juice
2. Vertical recipe to accompany opulent pork cured meats, boiled meats, cooked sausages and cured meats, sardines, anchovies and preserved or fresh mackerel.
