Slightly sweet sparkling wine vinified according to the so-called Charmat Method, in an autoclave, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Amabile maintains a certain residual sugar, a characteristic that makes it ideal to accompany desserts and typical dry pastry sweets. Also to be drunk fresh, especially in summer. Bright ruby red, on the nose it expresses beautiful notes of red fruit jam and sweet spices. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, pleasantly fresh, soft and velvety. It closes on beautiful hints of plum and violet, for a finish embellished by a certain residual sugar.
