   • Syrah: 40% - Gives structure, body and spicy hints.
   • Merlot: 30% - Contributes to softness, roundness and fruity aromas.
   • Cabernet Sauvignon: 30% - Adds elegance, fine tannins and herbaceous notes.

   Organoleptic characteristics:

   • Color: Intense ruby ​​red with purple reflections.
   • Aroma: Intense and complex, with notes of blackberry, plum, cherry and black pepper, combined with hints of Mediterranean scrub and a pleasant salinity.
   • Taste: Dry, savoury, balanced. It has elegant tannins and a good acidity that gives freshness.
   • Alcohol content: approximately 14% vol.
