Negroamaro PGI Paolo Leo

Paolo Leo's Negroamaro IGP Salento is an intense, fruity red wine produced in Puglia, Italy. It is made from 100% Negroamaro grapes, which are a native grape variety of the region. The wine has a ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections. The nose is characterized by aromas of berries, plum, cherry and Mediterranean spices. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

• Vineyards:

  The grapes for Negroamaro PGI come from vineyards located in the Salento area of ​​Puglia. The vineyards are grown on calcareous soils at an altitude of 100-200 meters above sea level. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters.
