I am “The Flag” of the noble dairy art of Rocca
Tuscany Cheeses.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized sheep's MILK, salt, rennet,
ferments. Surface treated with rapeseed oil.
Inedible crust.
ALLERGENS: MILK and its derivatives. Sheep's MILK
pasteurized (ingredient).
GMO: no raw materials are used in production
raw materials containing or derived from GMOs.
SIZE (VARIABLE WEIGHT): 1.20 KG
SHELF LIFE: the product presents its most important characteristics
typical if consumed preferably within 120 days for
small forms, within 150 days for medium forms,
big and giant.
PACKAGING: naked product in disposable cartons.
STORAGE METHOD: the whole form in a place
fresh and dry, once opened the cheese should be
stored at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C, wrapped in paper
for breathable food or in natural fibre cloth.
