Stuffed peppers in extra virgin olive oil gr. 180

The fresh chillies, of the typical round and slightly spicy variety, after being selected, are washed and then rigorously stuffed and put into jars by hand and covered with extra virgin olive oil. They cannot be missing in aperitifs and appetizers, but they are also an excellent solution as a rich and colorful side dish.

INGREDIENTS: 30% round hot peppers, tuna, 24% extra virgin olive oil, carrot, celery, white turnip, cucumber, potatoes, capers, salt, wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, acidity regulator: citric acid.
