Genoese pesto without garlic gr. 180

Description

Cold sauce according to the classic recipe, it differs from Pesto Genovese only for the elimination of garlic. It is made by cold crushing and mixing the ingredients without any heat treatment. Preservation is ensured by vacuum sealing and acidification with natural products.

1. INGREDIENTS: Genoese Basil DOP 39%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ( milk , salt, rennet), Walnuts , Pecorino DOP ( milk , salt, rennet), Pine nuts, Salt. Additives: citric acid, ascorbic acid, sorbic acid. Allergens in bold . After opening, store in the refrigerator covered with oil.
