Raggio di Sole Cantine Federici is a straw yellow wine with green-gold reflections. Its aromas are delicate and intense, creating an aromatic bouquet that fascinates the senses. On the palate, it stands out for its fresh and balanced flavor, which gives a pleasant liveliness to the tasting.

This wine is born from a careful selection of grapes, which are pressed in an extremely delicate way, using only the free-run must. Subsequently, the must is cooled to a temperature of 10-12°C, allowing a natural decantation to preserve the organoleptic characteristics.

The combination of these production techniques allows to obtain a wine with refined aromas, which are delicate but intense. At the same time, the flavor is dry and harmonious, offering an appreciable and inviting balance of taste.
