Poggio San Polo
Red of Montalcino DOC San Polo
Red of Montalcino DOC San Polo
Rosso Di Montalcino San Polo is created with Sangiovese grapes carefully selected from the best vineyards;
This wine rests for 12 months in French oak barrels, and acquires a complexity and structure that make it an oenological excellence.
To the eye, this wine presents itself with an intense, almost impenetrable ruby red colour, which foreshadows the richness of the bouquet.
On the nose, intense aromas of berries, spices and tobacco are released, enriched by elegant notes of vanilla and chocolate that give further complexity. On the palate, the wine conquers with its softness and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.
A sip of Rosso di Montalcino San Polo is a complete sensory experience, a journey through the Tuscan hills that translates into an explosion of flavors and aromas.
