• Grapes: Sangiovese in purity. An indigenous vine that, in this suited land, finds its maximum expression.
• Vineyards: Located at altitudes between 300 and 400 metres above sea level, where the galestro-alberese soils give the wine an unparalleled minerality and complexity.
• Vinification: A careful process that enhances the peculiarities of Sangiovese. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature preserves the fruity aromas, while aging in French oak barrels for 12 months adds elegance and softness.
