Rosso Toscano IGT “Solatio”

“Solatio” is produced exclusively with the red grape varieties contemplated by the Rosso di Toscana IGT regulations. Bright red in color and delicately fruity, it pairs well with haute cuisine as well as with the less demanding dishes that the kitchen offers us today, to which it adds a touch of natural warmth.

  70% Sangiovese 30% Merlot
• Winemaking
  Maceration of the skins for about 10 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 28°C.

  Refined in steel.

  Bright red in colour and delicately fruity, with a great olfactory concentration
• Pairings
  It pairs well with haute cuisine as well as the less demanding dishes that today's cuisine offers us, to which it adds a touch of natural warmth. Any sediment on the bottom of the bottle is a symptom of a simple and genuine winemaking process.
