San Polo , founded in 1979, has a long tradition in producing high-quality wines. Its 25 hectares of vineyards, located in the Montalcino area at an altitude of 300-400 meters above sea level, benefit from soils composed of galestro and alberese. These soils give the wines a mineral and complex character, which is found in an exemplary way in Rubio .
