• Bolgheri Rosso Rute 2021 - Guado al Melo

1. VINEYARD: comes from our vineyards that are located in a small valley between the hills of Bolgheri, with an east-west direction, marked by the Fossa di Bolgheri stream. They are on the first slopes of the Segalari hill, among the woods of the Mediterranean scrub. We cultivate them with wisdom and care, with integrated and sustainable viticulture systems.
2. Climate: with the Mediterranean climate, tempered by the Tyrrhenian winds and the hills, there is the coolest climate in the area, with a notable summer temperature range between day and night.
3. Soil: of alluvial origin, it is deep and well drained, sandy-clayey, with some clayey outcrops, rich in pebbles.

For the production of Bolgheri Rosso RUTE DOC Guado al Melo we select the grapes from different homogeneous vineyard parcels, each harvested and processed separately.

The winemaking is artisanal, done with the utmost care and with the aim of enhancing the territorial characteristics of the grapes.
