Salento Willow DOP Paolo Leo

Salice Salentino by Paolo Leo is a DOP red wine produced in Puglia, Italy. It is a blend of Negroamaro (80%) and Malvasia Nera (20%) grapes, which are grown in the Salice Salentino area, in the province of Brindisi. The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections. The nose is characterized by aromas of berries, plum, licorice and spices.

On the palate it is soft and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish. Paolo Leo's Salice Salentino is a versatile wine that can be paired with a variety of dishes, first courses, red meats, cheeses and pizzas. It is also an excellent dessert wine.
