Sbriciolona Fiorentina handcrafted and available in vacuum packs of 500g (single piece).

White and deep red in color with a white outer feather, this Sbrisolona is gluten-free, and has a pleasantly aromatic aroma and flavour.

During production, the meat is minced and minced with particular spices (Mediterranean herbs) and flavored with fennel seeds, according to an ancient traditional Florentine recipe.

The characteristic that differentiates it from other cured meats are the fennel seeds inside.
