Our red wine comes from grapes planted on a sandy-clayey soil called Scopino, from which the name Scopiccio derives. At the base of this wine we find Sangiovese and other varieties of red berried grapes typical of our territory. Lo Scopiccio is vinified at the origin with the professionalism that has always distinguished our company, to enhance its taste and aromas. It goes preferably with meats, game and cured meats.
