Spumante Moss Valpiana Extra Dry is a prosecco produced by Valpiana, a winery located in the heart of the Prosecco area in Italy. It is produced using Glera grapes grown in the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The wine is vinified using the Charmat method, which involves a secondary fermentation in an autoclave.
