Testarolo della Lunigiana is an ancient dish of the Italian tradition, dating back to ancient Rome. Made with water, flour and salt, without the use of yeast, it is prepared in the shape of a thin crepe to be cooked in terracotta or cast iron "Testi". Once cooked to perfection, they are cut into lozenges of about 4 cm per side and served hot. A right mix of flavors that meet tradition. gr. 420
