Toscana Bianco IGT Poggio alle Gazze dell'Ornellaia 2017, is made from mainly Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermented partly in steel, partly in barrique and partly in cement, it is distinguished by a prolonged maturation on the lees, for 6 months, and a 12-month refinement in the bottle.

Its breed, structure and character are the result of the experience and mastery of an immortal winery like Ornellaia.

This white wine has a bright straw yellow colour in the glass, which immediately brings to mind the freshness and liveliness of spring.
