Vermentino of Bolgheri The Heron

Airone is a white wine obtained from a local variety of Vermentino, especially suited to the marine and windy climate present in the vineyards of the Tyrrhenian coast, documented since the 1800s. Pleasant, fresh and aromatic, the wine is ideal served at a temperature of 8°-10°C, accompanying vegetarian dishes, fish, eggs or young cheeses; or even alone as an aperitif. Always store the bottle lying down, in a cool, dark place.
