Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a DOCG white wine produced exclusively in the municipality of San Gimignano, in the province of Siena, Tuscany. It is one of the most renowned white wines in Italy and is known for its unique and complex flavor, characterized by notes of dried fruit, citrus and white flowers.

Characteristics of the wine:

• Grapes: 90% Vernaccia 10% Chardonnay
• Color: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
• Aroma: Complex and intense, with notes of dried fruit (peach, apricot), citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers (broom, acacia) and spices (white pepper, ginger).
• Taste: Dry, savoury, mineral, with good acidity and a persistent finish.
• Alcohol content: 12.5-14%.
